As Systems Engineer, I was responsible for the systems administration and large systems migrations for new and existing customers. It was my job to look at customer systems holistically and find solutions, create the diagrams and project plans that would be presented to stakeholders, and execute on those plans. I ensured deadlines were met with an agile approach with regular project updates with team members and stakeholders.
In my role at Diggio, I excelled in managing Windows Server environments and providing critical support for system performance. I was responsible for the installation and configuration of Microsoft RDP and Horizon VDI, which streamlined operations. Additionally, I trained Tier I & II support staff, enhancing team capabilities and ensuring efficient issue resolution. My proactive approach to system maintenance contributed to a stable IT infrastructure.
In my role at Networkitects, I delivered advanced technical support, addressing complex hardware, software, and network issues. My responsibilities included troubleshooting computer and network connectivity problems and collaborating with IT teams to ensure effective project outcomes. This experience honed my problem-solving skills and deepened my technical knowledge in IT support.
At the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, I played a key role in enhancing digital presence and technical support. My responsibilities included designing websites, providing technical assistance, and creating engaging video content for university events. This multifaceted role allowed me to develop strong collaboration and technical skills while contributing to the university's marketing efforts.
